Football is my greatest passion and is a constant part of my life.
Good players and attractive football make me happy . In my early years as a player and now as a spectator . Combining my experience in assisting people to achieve their goals with my love for the game lead to Waterberg Consultancy.
I was born on December 31, 1974 in Suriname . My parents wanted a better future for our family and moved to the Netherlands in 1979 . When I was young I dreamt of becoming a professional footballer. I have not accomplished this goal by wrong choices and impatience. After some wandering , I got a degree from the HBO program Social Work. This education helped me to discover my skills outside the football field. I then gained years of experience in coaching and developing people . Through my work as a football-coach, I became inspired by team processes . To learn more about team development I went to the School of Coaching.
After all, these experiences helped create my own vision of development and success . A vision that I now apply in the world closest to my heart : football. My strength is helping people and organizations to make changes that lead to unity and success .
